Recipe: Fit Cinnamon Rolls

Healthy Cinnamon Rolls


♥ 1 pack of obleas (we used cappuccino)

♥ a few tablespoons of greek yoghurt

♥ cinnammon


  1. Add yoghurt to center of oblea in a straight line and allow to rest until softened.
  2. Cut the middle strip of the oblea.
  3. Connect three strips for each “cinnamon roll”. Use a bit of water to connect each piece.
  4. Top with cinnamon and form the strips into a roll.
  5. Bake for ten minutes at 350 F.
  6. Let cool a bit and ENJOY!

The most Delixias things are homemade.
